HOGA Matcha Vegetarian Fried Rice

Ingredients: 2 cups        Cooked rice 2 pcs        Dried black mushroom,  soaked and cubed 100 gm        Sawi, shredded 1 pc        Dried tofu, cubed 10 gm        Wolfberries 2 cloves     Garlic, chopped 1 pc        Onion, chopped 2 tbsp        Soy sauce 1 tbsp       Oil 3 gm        HOGA Matcha 1 tsp        Sesame (optional) Pinch of pepper Methods: 1) In a wok, heat up the oil and add in garlic and onion. Fry until fragrant. 2) Next, add in mushroom, tofu, wolfberries and sawi. Stir well. 3) Add in rice and soy sauce, pepper and HOGA Matcha. 4) Stir fry until all are well combine. 5) Serve on plate and sprinkle sesame on rice. Serve hot.
