
HOGA Matcha Sauce Chicken Chop
Ingredients:
5 pcs Boneless chicken thigh
¼ tsp Dried Thyme
¼ tsp Dried Oregano
¼ tsp Ground black pepper
½ tsp Salt
6 gm HOGA Matcha
200 ml Water or Chicken stock
½ tsp Potato starch, mixed with 1 tbsp water
½ tsp Salt
Methods:
1) Marinate chicken with thyme, oregano, pepper and salt
for 2 hours.
2) Grill chicken on a grill pan until cooked or bake chicken
at 175◦C for an hour.
3) In a small pan, cook chicken stock, salt and HOGA
Matcha over slow fire. Add in potato starch mixture
and mix well. Off the fire when sauce becomes thick.
4) Pour sauce over grilled chicken and serve hot.
