Ingredients: 1 cup Green beans (Mung beans) 8 cups Water ½ cup Rock sugar or Brown sugar 6 gm HOGA Matcha Methods: 1) Rinse the green beans and soak it for 4 hours. 2) In a large pot, put in the 8 cups of water and green beans. When the water boils turn down the heat to a simmer and cook for 30-40 mins or until the beans are soft. 3) The soup is ready when the green beans are soft. Add in sugar and HOGA Matcha. Cook for another 15 mins. 4) Soup is ready and nice to be served hot or chill.
