HOGA Matcha Bread

Ingredients:
  1. A) 250 gm High protein flour
30 gm   Caster sugar 3 gm  Bread improver 5 gm  Instant yeast 3 gm  HOGA Matcha 1 no  Egg ±60 gm   Water (depending on texture) 30 gm   Margarine 2 gm  Salt Methods: 1) Mix all ingredients A in a mixer and the bread hook. Add in egg. In a slow speed add in water bit by bit. If the dough is too wet, add in more flour or else add in more water if dough is too dry. The texture of the dough must be non-sticky to the mixing bowl. 2) Add in margarine and salt. Mix well until all combined. 3) Mould into desired shape of yours and let the dough proved for 30 mins. 4) Bake the bread for 20 mins at 200◦C.
